Everything you need to know about what to expect so you and your birth partner can make informed choices about everything from birth place, pain relief, further antenatal education and who to have on your team. Learn exactly what is happening to your body as your baby grows and understand what happens during labour and how to make it as comfortable as possible. A great beginners guide or refresher for second timers- this is THE class to give you confidence and control.
